Driven by a global pandemic, an increase in virtual events over the last two years has allowed organizations to lower costs, provided access for international attendees, and allowed for flexibility viewing of content. As the world reopens and organizations choose to present hybrid events, many of these benefits remain. In order to effectively deliver virtual and hybrid events, organizations must choose technology partners that can streamline the planning process, allowing for a decrease in workload from association staff, as well as a singular attendee experience.
As a longtime Cadmium client, the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation (ISSTD) has utilized EdgeReg, several Cadmium EventTech products, Warpwire, and EthosCE to manage the process from registration through the live event and into enduring content. In this presentation, ISSTD staff will share their process and discuss how their small staff created a business case to add products to manage the complete event lifecycle.
- Attendees will learn how each Cadmium product can address one or more stages in the lifecycle of an event
- Attendees will be able to describe how the integration of Cadmium products can ensure continuity and increase staff efficiency throughout the life cycle of an event
- Attendees will learn to develop a business case for adding additional Cadmium products to create additional non-dues revenue and extend the life of an event
