Are you ready for some baseball puns? Online educational events have evolved quite a bit through the years just like the game of baseball with technology advancements leading those changes. In this session, we will take you through developing a successful game plan for producing an online event. We will provide tips, tricks and talk about what's trending in the aspect of pre-event planning, live execution and post-event follow-up.

Kendra Matarozza, MS

Director of Events

Kendra Matarozza is the Director of Online Events with CommPartners and first joined the company in 2009 where she currently leads the Event/Support team in daily operations and project management. Kendra and the team consistently collaborate to improve the department’s processes, strategic communications, event execution, and the cultivation of strong client relationships, which is at the core of CommPartners’ mission. Kendra has over 15 years of events, fundraising, development and non-profit organizational experience, as her events career began in the Special Events Department of The Maryland Zoo in Baltimore, before shifting to grassroots fundraising and income management with the American Cancer Society. While she misses the days of penguins running around in company meetings at the Zoo, she loves the accessibility and opportunities that online education offers in this ever-evolving field. Kendra received her master’s degree in Global and International Education from Drexel University where she studied the qualitative impacts experiential learning presents to the life-long student.

Jill Norris

Manager, Virtual Conferences

Jill has been producing virtual events of all shapes and sizes for associations, trade companies, and corporations for 12+ years. A Towson University graduate, she majored in mass communications with a concentration in public relations and minored in electronic media and film with a concentration in radio production. Jill has held positions in radio, marketing, graphic design, and onsite conference planning. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, playing sports such as softball, kickball and most recently golf.

Eve Finstein

Manager, Elevate Implementation

Eve Finstein joined Cadmium (formally CommPartners) in 2013 as an Elevate Implementation Manager, and now leads Cadmiums team of Elevate project manager supporting our current and future Elevate clients. Prior to working with Cadmium, Eve ran operations for a cohort of leadership trainers and coaches. Eve is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, and currently lives in Washington, D.C.
