Originally from South Africa, I graduated from the University of Cape Town with a Bachelor of Business Science Degree in Marketing and received a Project Management Professional (PMP), PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) and ITIL Foundation Certifications. I am currently pursuing my MBA from the University of Maryland. When away from work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, coaching and playing soccer, snowboarding, surfing and fanatically supporting Liverpool F.C.

    Nancy began her career in the Meetings and Events industry at Projection Presentation Technology where she held various positions over the span of twenty-two years. She started in the marketing department and was quickly elevated to leadership positions in sales, operations and ultimately ending her time with the company as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She was ultimately recruited by Experient as the Vice President of the Washington, DC office and after a short two years was promoted to Senior Vice President and led the Strategic Account Management team. Nancy played an integral part in the optimization process when Maritz Travel purchased Experient. Nancy has been very involved in industry organizations as a volunteer and has sat on many local and national committees for PCMA, IAEE, ASAE, and SISO. She has also held local board positions for both PCMA and IAEE for their Washington, DC chapters and she also served as Chapter President for both organizations. For three years she was a Director on the PCMA National Board of Directors. Nancy has also had the privilege of being a member of many city Client Advisory Boards over the last twelve years. Due to her father’s employment, Nancy was raised mainly in Latin America and returned to Miami, Florida to live at the age of thirteen. She attended The American University in Washington, DC where she earned a double major in International Relations & Marketing/Communications. Nancy has lived in the Metropolitan Washington, DC area since graduating from college. She is married and has three children. In her personal time, Nancy enjoys boating on the Potomac, riding bikes, reading, snow skiing and traveling the world. Nancy is fluent in Spanish.

    I was born and raised in Frederick, MD, and have lived in Maryland my entire life. I moved to Baltimore in 2001 to attend University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC) and have been in Baltimore ever since. I earned a BA in Information Systems in 2003. While in college I began interning for ProQuest in the University Services department focusing on software implementation and development, customer training, and documentation. I remained with ProQuest for 14 years. In 2015 I joined Event Rebels as an Implementation Specialist and really enjoyed the transition to the events space while retaining my customer focus which has always been one of my favorite parts of my job. At Event Rebels I worked closely with clients to implement the products that served them through the life-cycle of their event. Now, at Cadmium, I am a Project Manager for EdgeReg (formerly Event Rebels Registration) where I continue to support clients with all facets of attendee registration including registration builds, integration with other Cadmium products, client training, and documentation.

    Traci King, MPP

    Traci King started her career in the events industry 10 years ago where she served as a Meeting Content Manager for an Association Management Company. There she worked to develop programs for medical and scientific conferences ranging from 500 to 5,000 attendees. Using event technology software, Traci became aware of Cadmium (formerly CadmiumCD) and the abundant platform that they offered. Traci joined the team in 2013 as an Abstract Scorecard Project Manager. She helped clients implement their submission and reviews processes surrounding multiple applications, taking care to pay attention to client’s budget and project timelines. In 2016, Traci began working on the sales team, working with prospects and clients to create solutions to save their team’s time, produce better events and maximize revenue. Now, Traci operates as Cadmium’s Vice President of Event Tech Sales and looks to create change within the event and learning management environments by creating awareness of the benefits of a single platform solution that is Cadmium. Traci earned her Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s of Public Policy from Vanderbilt University She enjoys exploring small and large cities, listening to podcasts, cooking and eating, and being around the people she loves.

    I am a Maryland native, now living in Bozeman, MT. I am a graduate of Stevenson University with a degree in Business Administration. I am a licensed Real Estate agent and have many years of experience in property sales and management. I serve on the local board of Realtors as a member of the Government Affairs Committee for Gallatin County. I also have dedicated many years working within the tech industry, specifically with Cadmium. My past experience in customer service and account management has provided me with the skills to deliver exceptional service and organization in all of my interactions. I am an avid equestrian with a passion for being outdoors. I love to work with horses, but my other interests include hiking, kayaking, snowboarding, and gardening. I volunteer regularly with the local Equine Therapeutic Riding Program at Eagle Mount. I have also assisted with the Team River Runner and Wave Train Kayak programs, teaching others how to paddle.

Bill has more than 20 years in software products and services with experience ranging from strategy, operations, consulting, business development, human resources, and program management. Bill is an association industry thought leader and content contributor who speaks frequently at industry events and conferences, as well as hosting regular webinars and educational sessions related to data analytics, customer engagement, data strategy and governance, digital marketing and more. Prior to joining Association Analytics, Bill was Vice President at EastBanc Technologies, a software development and services company, where he responsible for product and service strategy, delivery, proposals, business development, and staffing. During his time there, he helped drive growth from an 8-person startup to more than 100 staff with several successful products launched over more than 10 years. Bill is a DC area native, living in Northern VA with his wife and three children. When not working, he enjoys travel, DC sports, casino gambling, and an occasional round of golf.

Derek recently completed his third term on the Meeting Professionals International Potomac Chapter Board of Directors. He was previously Senior Vice President of Analytics at GES and Managing Director of Level 100 Innovation. Ron has been a speaker at industry events such as the Association Foundation Group's AFG Edge conference and will be joining a panel on event marketing at the 2022 ASAE Annual Meeting.     I graduated from Towson University in 2016 with a degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. During my time at Towson, I worked for the Housing Residence Life Department and loved helping students transition to living away from home for the first time and putting on many events for Res Life. I found that I loved being behind the scene in the success of those around me. Working on the engineering team here at CadmiumCD, I am able to continue what I love by being behind the scenes for making all your events a success. Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, sweet son, and our shy pup, Winston. We love going on walks and explore new towns, especially if there is a winery. We're wanna be sommeliers, so we'll take any chance we get to learn more about wine in the region. We also enjoy fllipping houses and bringing life to forgotten places. If you don't catch us with power tools or wine in our hands, you'll most likely find us catching up on the newest movies and hit shows.

After five years planning events and activities in higher education, followed by years volunteering as an event manager with various organizations, including nonprofits and community groups. For the nine years prior to joining the Cadmium team, She worked in meetings management for several associations with conferences of up to 25,000 attendees. As a client, Alee worked alongside Cadmium staff on products such as the Mobile App, Scorecards, Harvesters, Proceedings and many others.

    Kate Sutliff, Implementation Manager on the Elevate LMS team, leads organizations through the installation process of their new LMS. Coming to Cadmium’s team from an organization who uses Elevate LMS, Kate offers a unique understanding of exactly what clients are going through and can relate to their challenges and goals. This experience coupled with her detailed approach in project management enables her to excel in helping others find success. She currently resides just outside of D.C. in the Arlington area and enjoys live music, long walks, and a great audio book.

    Born and raised in Southern Maryland and graduated from the University of Maryland in 1998. Began my career as a meeting planner in Washington, DC., had the opportunity to work with some amazing meeting planners at Hanley Wood and Courtesy Associates. After having my son, I relocated to Raleigh and worked for NC State University. While I was a conference manager with the university, we used the CadmiumCD product. I currently reside in Wilmington, North Carolina and work remote for Cadmium as a Project Manager. I look forward to working with clients and helping produce successful programs. In my free time I love to read, paddleboard, sit on the beach, hike, visit breweries, and go for a ride or camp in our 1973 Classic VW Bus called Bodhi!

    Originally from California, I have lived all over the United States, but currently live in Washington, DC with my husband and 3 year old daughter. In my previous career, I was a Conference Manager for a third-party company, planning annual meetings for multiple associations including: managing their speakers, logistics, and registration processes. I was in this position for 6 years and in this time worked within Cadmium and was able to streamline the call for abstracts, speaker management, and conference websites. I have 2 cats.
